📦 Order Requirements

Our stock Boardwalk-20, 24, and 26 can be ordered in any quantity and are available from your local JBI warehouse.  These three models can also be customized with your own color and graphics to make them unique within your community or resort.  The minimum order quantity for customization is only 100 bicycles per model and part number.

📜 Terms

• A minimum deposit of 10% is required at the time of order
• Actual deposit may vary based on your terms and limits with JBI.
• Balance due upon delivery.  Additional payment options are available upon approval.  Please ask your rep for more details.
  
  

⏳ Lead Time

• Please allow at least 7-9 months for final delivery of custom orders.  Due to possible supply chain delays, the actual lead time may not be available at the time of your order.
  
  

🚚 Shipping

• Freight is included for all custom orders.
• Standard freight policies apply for stock bikes shipped from your local facility.
  
  

🎨 Artwork

• If you supply your logo artwork in vector format (Adobe Illustrator file), then the layout and design costs are included in the price.  If you don't have your own artwork, our in-house design team can create a custom layout for a fee of $300
