Replacement Battery Status Update
Replacement batteries for the first-generation Sun E350 and Sun Seeker E-Eco Tad electric trikes are currently unavailable.
Unfortunately, our original battery supplier unexpectedly ceased operations, leaving us without a source for additional replacement batteries.

Our Efforts to Find a Replacement
We are currently working with another battery supplier to explore a potential replacement solution. However, discussions are still in the early stages, and we cannot guarantee that a suitable replacement will be developed.
Even if a viable solution is identified, the necessary development, testing, certification, and production processes mean that replacement batteries would not be available for at least six months, and potentially longer.

We understand how disappointing this news may be, particularly for owners whose trikes are otherwise still in good working condition.
