Use the following carton label format for bike cartons. Apply the label to both ends of the carton.
Required Label Fields

| Date | MM/DD/YY |
| S/N | Alphanumeric serial number from bottom bracket shell of each bike |
| Part# | Numerical number and Code 39 barcode |
| Model Name | Use Model/Part Name column from purchase order |
| Gearing | Use Description 3 column from purchase order |
| Size | Use Description 1 column from purchase order |
| Color | Use Color column from purchase order |
| QTY. | Numerical number and Code 39 barcode |
| N.W. __ LBS. | Weight in LBS. of assembled bike without packaging |
| G.W. __ LBS. | Weight in LBS. of boxed bike |
Label Size
152.4 mm / 6" wide x 215.9 mm / 8.5" high
- Label can be scaled to fit smaller box sizes
Barcode Notes
- The barcode format is Code 3 of 9, commonly referred to as Code 39.
- The example document notes the font used is Myriad Pro.
